Lahiru Samarasinghe - Minneapolis-based Comedian

Lahiru Samarasinghe has been performing standup in the Twin Cities since 2016. In this time, he has performed on stages across the country, and participated in several comedy festivals, including the Fountain City Comedy Festival in Kansas City, MO, the Motor City Comedy Festival in Detroit, MI, Madison Comedy Week in Madison, WI, and the 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival in Minneapolis, MN. He has also opened for a number of comedians including Brian Posehn, Ralph Barbosa, Katie Boyle, and Drew Dunn. He is currently hired at the Comedy Corner Underground in Minneapolis, where he hosts shows, runs the room, and provides booking support. He is also one of the co-hosts of Advice Column, a monthly show that takes place at Sisyphus Brewing in Minneapolis.
